Meerdere sporters, waaronder zwemmers Simon Boer en Jessica Long en voormalig rolstoelracer Tanni Grey-Thompson trokken al aan de bel. Esther Vergeer, chef de mission van de Paralympische ploeg in Japan, herkent de discussie onder sporters. « Bij fysieke, maar ook bij visuele beperkingen, ga je soms twijfelen. Als je iemand iets ziet doen en je denkt dat er wordt gesjoemeld. Dat zou niet mogen kunnen. Dat zorgt voor onrust bij sporters. » Ze wil dat Nederland voorop gaat lopen om tot een oplossing te komen.

In this short Procreate tutorial we’ll do the following:
✔ Click your line art layer and turn on reference
✔ Make a new layer and drag it underneath your line art layer
✔ Fill all the shapes of your line art on this layer (or on separate layers if you wish of course!)
✔ Want to color your lines as well? Turn off reference on the lineart layer and turn on Alpha Lock
✔ Pick the color you want your lines to have
✔ Click the line art layer and select Fill Layer

Now you’ll never wonder how to color line art in Procreate again!

تداول رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مساء الأربعاء 11 غشت الجاري، مقاطع فيديو وصور صادمة تظهر عملية قتل أحد الأشخاص وإحراق جثته بعد اتهامه بإضرام الحرائق التي تشهدها غابات “تيزي وروز” بمنطقة “القبايل” بالجزائر.

وفي أحد مقاطع الفيديو، ظهر حشد كبير من الأشخاص يقتحمون سيارة الشرطة ويقومون بإخراج الشاب المتهم منها مع رفسه وضربه حتى فقد وعيه وأضرموا النيران في جسده في مشهد صادم.

وحسب مقاطع الفيديو التي تم تداولها، تم القبض على الشاب من قبل مجموعة من الشباب أصروا على تصفيته، ليتدخل رجال الشرطة وينتزعوه منهم لأخذه إلى التحقيق ولكن الشباب الغاضبون عادوا وسحبوه من سيارة الشرطة وقتلوه وحرقوا جثته وقاموا بتصوير ذلك.
