Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 25 points (9-25 FG), 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the victory. Danilo Gallinari led the Clippers with 27 points (8-18 FG), along with 6 rebounds and 8 assists, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander totaled 20 points (10-19 FG), 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Lakers improve to 36-44, while the Clippers fall to 47-33 on the season.

The Clippers currently hold the 6-seed in the Western Conference, 1.5 games behind the 5-seed Jazz and 0.5 games ahead of the 7-seed Thunder.
