The follow-up to Top 10 single \u2018Gravity&rsquo;, the song was propelled to number 11 in the UK singles chart through the fan-led campaign G.A.T.N.O (Get Ashes To Number One). \u2018Ashes\u2019 also featured on Match of the Day\u2019s \u2018Goal of the Month\u2019 segment for the 2004-05 football season, it also featured prominently in the hit film &lsquo;Kingsman: The Golden Circle&rsquo; in 2017. Debut album &lsquo;The Good Will Out\u2019, released in June 1998 soared to number one and went on to sell over 500,000 copies in the UK alone, marking it out as one of the fastest-selling debuts by a British artist. Subsequent albums, &lsquo;Drawn from Memory&rsquo; (2000) and &lsquo;If You&rsquo;ve Never Been&rsquo; (2001) both entered the top 10 before the band left their original label Hut Recordings.<\/p>\n<p>After a three-year hiatus, Embrace signed with Independiente Records. 2004\u2019s &lsquo;Out of Nothing\u2019 album propelled the band back to the top of the charts, thanks in part to Coldplay&rsquo;s Chris Martin, who wrote the hit single \u2018Gravity&rsquo; for the album. Debut album &lsquo;The Good Will Out\u2019, released in June 1998 soared to number one and went on to sell over 500,000 copies in the UK alone, marking it out as one of the fastest-selling debuts by a British artist. Subsequent albums, &lsquo;Drawn from Memory&rsquo; (2000) and &lsquo;If You&rsquo;ve Never Been&rsquo; (2001) both entered the top 10 before the band left their original label Hut Recordings.<\/p>\n<p>After a three-year hiatus, Embrace signed with Independiente Records. 2004\u2019s &lsquo;Out of Nothing\u2019 album propelled the band back to the top of the charts, thanks in part to Coldplay&rsquo;s Chris Martin, who wrote the hit single \u2018Gravity&rsquo; for the album.
