The first climb at Alto de Sela de Entorcisa moves quickly onto the second at Alto da Garganta, with averages of 5.6% riders having little time to recover. A third climb could see a breakaway comfortably form, that whilst not steep is long enough for them to make their escape. Once the three main climbs are finished however, attacks and fast descents could allow for sprinters to make a swift return.
