台灣海軍陸戰隊特勤隊，成立於1980年，是海軍陸戰隊下轄的特種部隊，即是外界俗稱的「黑衣部隊」，可以說是精銳中的精銳！是負責南台灣海域反恐及為政府駐外單位代訓友友邦特種部隊等，成立迄今僅曾在1995年的「華興演習」中首度公開，而後都專注在訓練任務及執行任務。
